Visit of Islamabad and their Historical Places

 

When You Think About Pakistan

        I bet you think of crazy roads crazy traffic dust flying everywhere perhaps rickshaws flying in and out of tight spaces and also crazy different types of aromas from all the spices coming out of street side stalls.

        But what i bet you don't think of, is incredibly wide paved beautiful roads with no traffic incredible architecture and incredible lush greenery look at this city Islamabad Pakistan. Islamabad is the Capital of Pakistan and Second most beautiful city in the Would. Islamabad is completely different from the rest of pakistan. There are actually really interesting historical and cultural contexts as to why that is so.

        We're going to go around islamabad a little bit as i go around islam by a little bit as well and a little bit a little a little bit. About that history. Let's do it thumbnail shot. Let's see this is a good thumbnail right here:- 

       We won't believe this is Pakistan's Capital City. You didn't know Pakistan has a metro. Did you this metro actually connects the city of Islamabad with Islamabad sister city known as Rawalpindi. We need to take this metro there because that's where the history of islamabad starts. Islamabad was actually doesn't have a long history itself. After the partition of India after the British Raj left and Pakistan was created. Karachi was the Capital of Pakistan.But then it was later decided that they needed to move the Capital to a better place. Because Karachi as you super far from the rest of the Country. So Rawalpindi was actually dedicated as the first temporary Capital of Pakistan and then a bigger more modern Capital was planned and built.

    In 14 August 1967 the Pakistani President Muhammad Ayub Khan officially declared Islamabad the Capital of Pakistan. so islamabad is a completely planned city. It's not like many other Capital Cities. Where the city was there and then the Capital was moved there this was completely planned they planned the roads the infrastructure the architecture everything which is why it's so spread out which is. Why it's so nice with greenery why you don't get crazy congestion and why you don't get like.

        Some nice roads and then you get other teeny tiny tiny roads that you can't even fit between. Yeah it's because of the planning that went into this place. I need to go back in and get a ticket and go get some food. Because it's so spread out only 30 rupees for a ticket on this metro that's like that's not even 15 to 20 cents. That's crazy cheap my friend told me that they're actually losing money on this. I can i guess and i can understand why this thing isn't going to be incredibly easy to lose. City is divided into their zones and known for forests cleanliness and several landmarks.

Museum

    History and different cultures of Pakistan. It covers a vast area of 60,000 square field which makes you the largest Museum in Islamabad. It can accommodate up to 3,000 visitors at a time. It has many exhibition halls featuring different cultures in the form of statues poultry. Hill center has books of classical and folk music available for sale. 

Pakistan Monument

        Pakistan Monument it is located on shakarpariyan hills and easily visible across the metropolitan area due to its elevation and design. Its spectral shape design is derived from the rich mobile architecture. It has seven petals in which four large petals showcase each of the four Provinces of Pakistan and other three small petals show minorities Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir and FATA .The artwork on inner walls of petal depicts the famous landmarks of Pakistan. The monument also has a museum which depicts important events that leads to the creation of Pakistan.

Said Pur Village

      Said Pur Village sad fulfill it is located in the valley of Margalla hills. This village has several historical buildings which attracts the tourists. Government has renovated disbelief to promote tourism in this area there are many restaurants in cafe often in this village.

Faisal Mosque

Faisal Mosque it is the third largest mosque in the world and major tourist attraction in Pakistan. It is located at the foot of Margalla Hills. It first Mosque of its kind without the typical dome structure. It has eight sides of concrete shell which is surrounded by four Tallman Erichs. The main hall of the mosque can accommodate ten thousand worshippers and in total three hundred thousand worshippers can pray at a time.

Lakeview Park

Lakeview Park it is an amusement area and wildlife park located at the bank of Rawal Lake. This park contains the third largest bird cage in the world. The park offers a beautiful view of rawal lake and it has swimming pool, horse riding, mobs fishing area, paintball fields, passenger road trains, Motorsports range and many more things to entertain the tourists.

Fatima Jinnah Park

Fatima Jinnah Park is a recreational park named after the younger sister of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. This is a very beautiful park located in the centre of Islamabad. This park is covered by going green with a couple of manmade structures like statues small lakes, Wildlife Sanctuary and jogging tracks. It also has a play area for children. 

Shahdara Valley

        Shahdara Valley is accessible from Murray road and are 30 minutes drive from Islamabad City. It is an attractive place between the mountains and there is a small river in which you can enjoy swimming. There are stalls from which you can have some snacks while sitting near the river. 

Centaurs Mall

         The Centaurs shopping mall. It is one of the biggest shopping malls in South Asia. It consists of three skyscrapers having five stories allocated for shopping mall. Having more than 300 shops. It has outlets for almost every famous Local and International Brands .The uppermost floor has a food court having almost all fast-food chains Pakistani and Chinese restaurants.
